Costin Glavan is a Romanian physical trainer and nutritionist, certified by the C.H.E.K. Institute. He started karate when he was 17 years old, now reaching the high level of black belt – 3 dan. Costin is specialized in training people and athletes in how to have a good posture and perform better. His knowledge can be easily applied to the world of dancesport if you want to improve your performance and outlast any competition.
